Mad Men inspired cocktails part three, Green Sea

This is my top cocktail so far…  Green Sea, I mean, the name says it all.

1 part vodka
1 part dry vermouth
1 part green creme de menthe

Pour all ingredients over cracked ice into mixing glass or shaker. Shake briskly and pour in to chilled martini glass.

And that’s it.  I think I love vermouth.
