We’ll I’ve been planning for agaes too and I have some sweet treats lovely Scallop Snuggly softies and new Sea Horses too, as well as gifts for craftsy peeps!

And Mermaid’s Purse will be there. I’m so excited, I’ve been mad busy sewing, stuffing, cutting, trimming and naming loads of lovely treats for you to take home.
Tomorrow I have some pretty snugly sea horses needing new homes, and a nice bunch of Don’t Give Me The Chop! Carrots, and some very exciting Make Your Own Cupcake Pincushion Kits. The pincusion kits have been a while in the making and I figure this months Auckland Art Craft Fair is THE place to launch them for all you craft loving shoppers..

Crafternoon Tea is coming up again so put it in your dairies and get yourself along…
Saturday 16th January 2010, from 10am-3pm at the Holy Trinity Church, cnr. of Sandringham and New North Roads in Kingsland.
Next Saturday 12th December is the Christmas Crafternoon-Tea. The market is open from 10am-3pm at the Mt Eden Normal Primary School Hall, Valley Road, Mt Eden.
This is the first time Mermaid’s Purse will have a table and it’s going to be exciting and a busy day, so come and check it out!
I’ll be checking out one of the newest craft markets to hit Auckland, Cratfernoon Tea, and I’m really excited, check their website for photos of some of the goodies on offer. It’s always fun to see more people busy making things.
This is the second market and is from 10am-2pm at the Trinity Methodist Church Hall, 400 New North Road, Kingsland. See you there!
This is so exciting! Wellington Creative is bringing the documentary Handmade Nation to New Zealand for three screening sessions, two in Wellington and only one here in Auckland at the Academy Cinema – so get there!
Mermaid’s Purse will be there with a wee stall of a select few items hand picked especially for film goers, visit the website (above) for the trailer and more info about the film and we might see you at the Academy on Tuesday the 4th of August at 6.30pm.
